The Vermont Institute for Human Flourishing is proud to host the Restoring Our Faith Summit in Burlington, Vermont on October 25, 2022. Over the past two years, our country devolved into a state of fear, buckling under tyrannically imposed orders resulting in cultural breakdown, all in the name of science. While our churches and synagogues have been shut down, the secular forces of government, the media, and educational institutions have taken their place. We envision a flourishing society rebuilt by a renewed faith, strong families, and a search for truth in science and government.
The Restoring Our Faith Summit will take a first step in helping to strengthen our resolve as people of Judeo-Christian heritage. After identifying the ways in which overreach was displayed, we will contrast these behaviors with those of Americans at the country’s founding, highlighting what monotheism and biblical teachings inspired at the time…and may still be capable of doing.
